Functional fitness that combines a mix of burpees, use of body weight, squats, pull-ups, kettlebell training, bench press, Tabata style. Each group class will start with a warm-up, then progress to strength, stability or speed.
Class are broken up into blocks that are repeated twice or thrice. Each block comprises 2 to 4 work outs that timed and range between 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
New to CrossFit? Learn the core movements & functional fitness concepts necessary to excel in CrossFit classes. Experienced CrossFitters can also refresh themselves to maximize their workouts.
