Choose a class from three of our core fitness workouts - Crossfit, Boxing and Kickboxing. We offer Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Levels. Class run from 45 mins to 60 Mins. We Offer AM and PM Group Classes

Private Class
Customize your workout regime with a Personal Fitness instructor. Our trainers are board certified with a combined experience of 50 years. Our boxing and kickboxing coaches have trained MMF and MFC fighthers.

Nutritionist Services
Our nutritionists are experts in food and nutrition. They will customize your diet program in order to lead a healthy lifestyle and achive health related goals. This service is provided as is or can be combined with combined with our other fitness prgrams
