Private Class Format
Functional fitness that combines a mix of burpees, use of body weight, squats, pull-ups, kettlebell training, bench press, Tabata style. Each group class will start with a warm-up, then progress to strength, stability or speed.
Class are broken up into blocks that are repeated twice or thrice. Each block comprises 2 to 4 work outs that timed and range between 30 seconds to 60 seconds.

Most boxing classes are 60 minutes long and are usually structured in three “rounds” that include an intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work. All three rounds are extremely challenging and are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe
In fact, a boxing class can burn anywhere from 500 to 1,000 calories per hour. Although all gyms are different and some are structured differently, a boxing round is typically done with a heavy bag or by shadowboxing

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports and a form of boxing based on kicking and punching.

Using punches and kicks from disciplines such as karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing, group fitness participants worldwide have fallen in love with this class format. Kickboxing is a total body workout that involves utilizing multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility, and quickness.
In most Kickboxing classes in the movement prep segment, participants will be introduced to the proper technique for executing the four main punches: jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. In addition to punches, cardio kickboxing participants will also learn how to safely perform the kicks used during class. Front, side, back, and roundhouse kicks are the commonly used kicks in cardio kickboxing and will get your heart rate elevated.
